5 Day Clean Eating Challenge

 

The Clean Eating Challenge starts on December 2nd, the week after Thanksgiving! If you are committed to eating clean for just 5 days and want to socialize with others on Facebook about the challenge then you are ready!

What is the Clean Eating Challenge?

The clean eating challenge is a 5 day private Facebook challenge where you eat the same thing as everyone else in the group. We offer support as we follow a strict plan for 5 days together.

Is it FREE?

Yes, the program is free. Your only cost is for the food you buy in the grocery store, cost will vary based on your location, coupons etc.

What do I get during the program?

  1. Membership into the private Facebook group. No need for all your other friends to see what you are doing. Posts you make in the private Facebook group will not be seen by others unless you choose to share them on your own profile.
  2. The opportunity to connect with other people doing the same thing as you, be healthy!
  3. Grocery lists: We provide you with the grocery lists you need to get everything needed to be ready for the challenge. You can purchase all the ingredients up front or space it out during the week.
  4. Recipes: Every two days you will get the recipes needed to make the most of your clean eating.
  5. The opportunity to feel amazing! Think of how amazing it will feel after you complete 5 days of eating clean! You’ll know that you made great choices during the week and your body will thank you too.

Can I do more than one week of the Clean Eating Challenge?

This is a pilot program, depending on the participation we will consider if these groups are beneficial on a weekly, monthly or quarterly basis. You are more than welcome to take the recipes and grocery list and continue to eat what you ate during the week, but if there is enough participation we hope to continue offering new recipes to keep it interesting and fun.

When will the grocery lists be sent?

The Grocery lists will be sent on the week of November 25th to those that have confirmed they signed up.

What if I already have a Beachbody coach?

If you already have a Beachbody coach and you like your relationship with you Beachbody coach you should ask your coach to do a 5 day challenge. If for any reason you would like to switch Beachbody coaches feel free to contact us here.

Is it free to sign up to have you as my coach?

Yes, it absolutely 100% free to have me as your coach, I will never collect a credit card number from you, or ask for a payment to join any of the challenge groups. We do sell Beachbody products but there is never a fee for the coaching.
