Your fitness health is important but not everyone has the same reason for keeping fit. Recently on our Fit Habitat Facebook page we asked why our fans worked out everyday. Some people were working out to maintain their health while others did it to stay fit for a particular sport. Regardless of what you do to workout I want to hear what motivates you everyday. Here are some of things our fans said were some of the reasons they workout each and everyday:
When I started to workout, I initially did it to lose weight. I was mad at myself for letting my body fall into such a sorry state. After I lost the weight I knew I wanted to do something with my new abilities I had received from the P90X program. One of my friends convinced me that I should do a triathlon. My first triathlon was terrible, I wondered why anyone would do such a horrible thing to their bodies! Yet something about finishing the triathlon really made me crave it more and I did another round of P90X to make my next triathlon even better. Here is a video I put together about my story:
